Our Spirit Guarantee
Each Cuddly Pod Puff is a unique creation from Bell-Bound Spirits, handcrafted with care and a touch of magic. We want you to be enchanted by your new companion. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your spirit must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the item is safely packaged for its journey back to us.
- Process: To start a return, please email us at [bellboundspirits@gmail.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The Unique Nature of Our Spirits
Please embrace the natural origin of your Cuddly Pod Puffs. Because we use real tamarind pods, no two spirits are exactly alike. Slight variations in the pod's shape, size, and natural textures are not defects; they are the unique characteristics that make your spirit one-of-a-kind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [bellboundspirits@gmail.com] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Final Sale: Items purchased during a sale or using a gift card are final and cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Any personalized or custom-made "Spirits" are non-returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
